To the Bethel family, Vetra and I would like to say “Thank You” for allowing us to have a few days away. We have enjoyed much of God’s creation along the Columbia River, Washington Cascades and Okanogan valley, the fruit basket of the North West. Driving through this state, we saw all the crops the beauty of the landscape supplying food & recreation for Washingtonians and those living beyond Washington’s borders. These scenes reminded us of our need to be thankful; we need to be more thankful for the hours of labor dedicated to the agricultural & recreational industries as well as the residual labor required. Be even more thankful that God used the ingredients of His creation to make the crops grow and sustain our environment. It is all for our benefit.
I want to thank the Elders for selecting pulpit supply for me. Vetra and I are anxious to hear from Ben Bradley’s heart Sunday. I hope you’ll give him your attention too. I believe your heart will be blessed. We’ve been away but we did not leave you out of our heart. We’re looking forward to seeing you Sunday and hearing from Ben and what God has put on his heart.
Just a reminder, “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” [Heb 10:24].
Yours and His,
